NCCL 2026 Season Launch

Join us at the official NCCL Season Launch & Reception on Thursday, September 17 at 17:30, hosted at the Residence of the Norwegian Ambassador to Latvia.

The event will also be an opportunity to welcome H.E. Martin Sørby, the newly appointed Norwegian Ambassador to Latvia, and to mark the beginning of NCCL’s 20th anniversary season.

We are pleased to be joined by Tatjana Guzņajeva, Executive Director of the Foreign Investors Council in Latvia (FICIL), who will provide latest insight on foreign investment trends and how international investors view Latvia.
