Spīgulis & Kukainis Law Firm has been the chief Legal Adviser to NCCL since 2018, providing excellent pro-bono legal services in NCCL's daily operations. Spigulis & Kukainis Attorneys at Law (SKA - Spigulis Kukainis Attorneys at Law) is a full service business law firm located in Riga, Latvia, with attorneys who are licensed to practice in both the United States and Latvia. The Law Firm provides one-stop advisory services for tax and legal questions, and can assist clients with all their business law needs. They are known for their experience with real estate law (sale, lease, and management of any type of property) and Mergers and Acquisitions.

LIAA´s is the Latvian Governments Investment and Development Agency. Their role is to facilitate foreign investment and increase the competitiveness of Latvian entrepreneurs in domestic and foreign markets. LIAA provides appropriate business services. LIAA Representative office is located in the Latvian Embassy in Oslo.

The Foreign Investors’ Council in Latvia (FICIL) is a non-governmental organisation that brings together the largest companies and chambers of commerce from various countries that have made significant investments in Latvia. FICIL’s mission is to improve the business environment in Latvia through active dialogue with the government. NCCL members are entitled to participate in FICIL's Work groups and contribute towards the policy recommendations in various areas that affect Latvia's investment climate and competitiveness.

Accounting firm Numeri was approved as NCCL's Auditor in 2022. SIA "Numeri" is a professional accounting outsourcing company with over 20 years of accumulated expertise in finance. The company provides daily services in Latvia to more than 320 local and foreign clients engaged in various businesses. Their team is comprised of over 30 talented individuals, who provide daily services in full scope accounting, as well as financial and tax advice, HR administrative services, financial audit, financial diagnosis, planning and management.

We benefit from an excellent cooperation with the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Latvia. The Norwegian Ambassador H.E. Ine Måreng is our Honorary member and close partner in representing Norwegian investments in Latvia and fostering closer bilateral economic and cultural ties between Norway and Latvia.

Leinonen provides accounting and consulting services in 10 countries, and in Latvia they offer also auditing services. Leinonen has up-to-date knowledge of taxation, financial legislation, requirements of local authorities, and is one of few accounting service providers in Latvia holding the ISO 9001:2008 management quality certificate.
