There are some nice traditions that keep bringing us together year after year and the NCCL “Shrimp Madness” Summer Party is one of them. It is also a great way to celebrate the beginning of summer, when the evenings are getting warm and light and you can finally sit outside and enjoy the evening in great company.
Sign up and join us on Friday, June 5, at 19:00 (arrival from 18:30) to enjoy the Nordic shrimp eating tradition with a beautiful view over the Daugava River. The event will take place at the Restaurant “Naples”, located at Andrejostas iela 5, in Riga. Come by yourself, with your partner or your whole team!
Presentation: “Culture is not only about people – it is a business advantage”
During the event there will be a brief and engaging presentation by the representatives from DNB, who will share how working consciously across cultures helps build stronger teams, deeper trust and better results. Through reflections and real examples, showing how different perspectives - when understood well - can unlock stronger collaboration and real business value across countries. The presentation will be made by Hilde Myhre, Senior Advisor, Competence Development, and Anne Kjersti Sjaastad, Lead People Business Partner, both working strategically with culture development as a key driver of performance culture across Norway and Latvia.
There will also be a Charity Raffle at the event to raise funds to Ronald McDonald Māja Latvijā for the purchase of a new “Children’s Health Bus” technical unit.
