Female Focus Networking Luncheon November 2, 2026

We are excited to invite you to our first Female Focus Business Networking Luncheon this season! Save the date for November 2, 12:30 - 14:30, and join us at the beautiful Hotel & Restaurant Neiburgs for an inspiring afternoon of networking.

We are honored to be joined by two distinguished speakers – Agnese Lāce, Member of Parliament-elect, Former Minister of Culture of Latvia, and Marja Mortensson, South Sámi yoiker and singer. Join us for this highly engaging and inspirational event, bringing together female leaders and professionals!

The Female Focus networking series was started in 2014 by the Norwegian Chamber of Commerce in Latvia (NCCL) and the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Latvia (SCCL) with the support of Norwegian and Swedish Embassies in Latvia. Female Focus is inspired by Scandinavian values and introduces speakers with different professional backgrounds inspiring both head & heart sharing their experience on relevant topics such as leadership, entrepreneurship, meeting professional and private challenges, and work & life balance.

We extend our deepest appreciation to the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Riga for its exceptional generosity and valued support in making this Female Focus event possible.

We would also like to thank the Nordic Council of Ministers Office in Latvia for the support in facilitating the participation of our distinguished guest speaker.
