LAPA Ltd. is a Norwegian and Dutch joint venture established in Riga in 1991.

Our Vision: To be a Manning and Training Partner for the Shipowners and Operators offering a lifetime carrier opportunities to the Crew.

Mission: Using the State of Art Manning and Training methods the mission is to ensure our Crew become successful and confident leaders in their daily lives.

Our aim is to provide the world first class shipping companies provide crew management services and supply crews from the Baltic regions. LAPA Ltd. provides crews for all types of vessels in compliance with the MLC2006 and STCW standards. We also offer specialists/experts for Ship Management & Technical Management industry and conduct independent navigational and technical audits.

The range of services our company is offering includes selection and recruitment of duly qualified and trained officers, payroll administration, P&I cases handling, contract and visa formalities and many others.

We offer marine training courses including Mental Health for office and vessel personnel, various Cargo Simulators, GMDSS, Medical Care, ECDIS, BRM, Ship Handling and Competence Updating Course for Masters, Deck Officers and Engineer Officers. All STCW training programs have been approved by the Maritime Department of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Latvia (white list).
